Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and acquire new business opportunities for VEELGO services from SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
  2. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  4. Understand client needs and present VEELGO’s solutions effectively.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  9. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, delivery, or service-based sectors.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  7. Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and occasional travel.
  8. Knowledge of the local market and SME ecosystem is an advantage.


Salary & Benefits

  1. Base Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
  2. Commission: Performance-based incentives
